- Sportstars India Pvt. Ltd takes 5-7 Days for the product to be shipped to the customer’s location.
- Free Shipping Is provided on all Orders Above ₹1999.00
- Shipping cost for orders Below ₹1999.00 is ₹149.00.
AT Sportstars India Pvt. Ltd WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND OUR DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS,
1. UNUSED PRODUCTS AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All products must be returned in their original condition.
2. WARRANTY COMPLAINTS -PRODUCT IN USE IS NOT SATISFACTORY FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE
– Please note we will not accept return:
– Products not properly maintained
– Based on our assessment, the Sportstars team retains the right to accept or refuse the return
and will choose the adapted solution (exchange, partial or full refund).

To return your online order in the store, please follow these steps:
1 – Email at Sportstars0809@gmail.com
2 – Write email in detail with Problem with the Product
3 – Attach Photo of Damaged product
4 – Subject of Email with Order ID
5 – Confirmation mail for Return Request in 48 Hours, sent by Sportstars
6- Pack the products
7- Pickup done within 10 business days
HOW WILL RETURN PROCESS WORK
-After Return request, pickup is done within 10 business. Keep Products with packaging material.
– If there is any discrepancy with return request & physical products being handed over at time
of pickup, pickup will be denied.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
– Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund via
the initial method of payment used to place the order
